This course has already helped me as a team leader in an MRO shop, identify potential measuring error and start to introduce a new procedure aimed to significantly reduce the likelyhood of any continued possible measuring errors taking place. I also found it to be very informative and that it highlights, very accurately, the need for continuous improvement to avoid complacency.
